Perry, I have noticed that you have recently responded to other posts but have never addressed the TimeNet problem that I have been having since the summer.  Is anyone from AppleSource ever going to address this problem or should I just give up and just use Quickbooks instead?  I would appreciate it if you would at least have the courtesy to stop ignoring my e-mails and posts for help and at least give me an answer.

Hi Maggi,

I have not heard ANYTHING further from Perry other than he had a difficult move and was "working on the problem".  I also contacted customer support for that matter and have been begging for help for MONTHS with no response  so good luck.  Looks like they all jumped ship. So much for customer service - it does not exist!!!!!  I am having the same problem and I had to delete all my "clients" and re-enter all the invoices to get it to work and stop locking up.  Now the template is not working properly but I can print out an invoice.  i lost all my saved files even though they are still on my computer - they will not open.  Hope this helps.   i am just going to purchase a sofftware that has customer support - still can't decide if I want to go with MYOB or Quickbooks.

Hi Perry,

I sent you several e-mails about the template problem (and problems that I have already posted about in regards to the timenet pro upgrade problems).  I read your post about working on them but it has been several months and I could really use some support since I have not heard back from you.   I previously sent you my files but you have not replied to any of my e-mails.  I was wondering if someone else from your company would have the time to help me out with the problems I have been having.   I have deleted all my clients and re-entered them so that I can get Timenet Pro to function.  Now the template is not working properly.  The subtotal line is showing the same value as amount due instead of adding up the houry rate x quantity to = amount owed, then subtracting what has been paid for the amount due.  My customers are very confused by the invoice.  Also, when a client has a credit - it does not show up as such.  That is very embarrassing when I hand them an invoice thinking they owe money when they actually have a credit.  Could someone PLEASE look into this and help me??

I have sent him my data twice, e-mailed more than enough, requested a phone call and have received no help whatsoever!!  I have been waiting for weeks now. Maybe they were all abducted by aliens or something because they are not responding to the problem.  What I found on my own is that if I click on one of my client names (not actually openng the file or it freezes and I have to force quit) and delete the invoice and then re-enter all the info (which is a real pain) - i was able to print an invoice out.  It is tedious but it got me by until I buy another software program.  Let me know if it helps.  Hey, maybe they should be paying me??

Hi Perry,

I have sent you several e-mails and have not heard from you.  I sent you my data files.  Any luck figuring out the problem with the upgrade yet?  I really need to be able to access my accounts.  It has been over a week now.  Can anyone else help me out?

I can "third" this bug.  I am having the same problem and cannot access my accounts.  When I try to open a client's account - the computer freezes and I have to force quit.  I have sent several e-mails trying to get some support but have not had a reply.  Unfortunately I will have to go and buy Quickbooks or something so I can keep my business running.
