Date Format

It would be nice to be able to change the format used for dates that appear on invoices. There appears to be only one format option of yy-mm-dd. I am not particularly fond of having the year appear as just "10" instead of "2010", for example, as I think it could be confusing for clients (e.g., an invoice with one entry dated 10-11-12).
