Loose hourly fees everytime I restart

Let me first be sure I understand the issue. You're losing the hourly categories and their associated rates every time you quit and re-open TimeNet, is this correct? If that is the case, it sounds like there may be something wrong with your data folder. Let me know, and if so I will walk you through a process that should fix this.
