Here's my 1st attempt at an invoice. Bastardized the Professional template (I think.)
I don't have expenses besides shipping so I use 'expenses' in the Project window to add the shipping charges if applicable.
Also, a lot of my biz is transacted over the internet, so many times, I don't even have an address or phone number of my client, so I set up the client info field to list name and email 1st, and then make sure that the rest of the client info I don't have is blanked out in my client profiles. Then it only prints what I have on file in that space.
