Hi, another thing came into my mind.

I often sell my clients services "all included" – one price for everything – and don't want to show how much I have spent to get the results.
All right, I can open a new task / item for everyone, but also want to follow myself what I have been getting from separate tasks.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure I understand this one completely. Can you clarify a little bit more on what you want? Thanks!

Yes Perry, I try:

Instead of invoicing xx hours of this and xx hours of that I might want to invoice just 1 x full service (including all separate duties – one price for everything).

Then – just to know myself how much I have invoiced this or that – I would need to divide different tasks "internally".

 = including service, can and corns (full price including everything)
:read: = don't want to give my client a chance to read what has been done  o:) I'm an angel
:fro: = my bookkeeper says "what have you done, please divide"

 Don't know any better way to explain ...

Sorry to but in, but i beleive Charlie is looking for an invoice which shows description and final price only, but allowing him to "track" his time invested and report to his accountant. Corrrect Charlie?

BTW  this forum has convinced me to try(buy when i get the funds)
