We have five users entering time for 70 clients, and we're running TNL on an XServe. There are two or three client folders that freeze up when we try to enter time, and then the program shuts down. Is there any way to fix this glitch? And, is the time entered forever lost? What I have been doing is trashing the client folder and recreating a new one, but this is getting old...having to re-enter all that data. Help!

I sent you a message, but I don't know if it reached you.  I've posted the following, but cannot tell how frequently anyone reads this forum.  Your input and comments would be appreciated.  Thanks.  Dave Clark, dclark@clarklawfirm.com, www.clarklawfirm.com

I downloaded and paid for TimeNet Pro, and now I'm trying to use it.

I've looked through the manual, and it does not appear that different employees can bill at dfferent hourly rates.  I entered three employees, myself, my sometime associate lawyer, and my legal assistant and tried to give them each different rates.  It is traditional and accepted in law firms in USA that each of these people will bill at a different hourly rate -- FOR ALL CATEGORIES OF WORK AND NO MATTER WHAT THEY DO.  But it seems your program will only accept a single rate for all employees, that the differentiation comes about from different categories.

This is really important because there is no way to distinguish, say, REVIEW or CORRESPONDENCE and get the differentiation onto the invoice when done by different people.

Thanks for your help.

Dave I responded to this in another post.

Myrlys, I'm not sure what the problem with that is but I've been looking into it and hope to have a fix soon.
