Does anyone know any good computer help forum and general chat?

I'm looking for a forum where I can post some question with some problems with my pc. I'm also looking for a forum where I can chill in, they don't have to necessarily be the same. Any other good forum you know of any topic?

Most of the forums I know revolve around Macs, like forums.macrumors.com

I'm sure a few google searches would provide some results and you could feel out which environment suits you best.
