Hey there,

What's the scene on Leopard compatibility?

I've been running timenet with leopard, and it just doesn't work right…

Any ideas?

Re TimeNet vs 3.9.13, my iMac (Intel) upgraded to 10.5 freezes when using projects mode (I have to force quit). E-mail to sales (day after purchase) unanswered so I assume that contact to you must be via this forum. Based on previous answer from Perry, I will wait for fix.

Hmm. I've been running two Leopard machines and haven't experienced any freezing. I'll run some more tests. Can anyone else confirm this issue?

Perry,

I'm having —specifically— weird re-draw issues.  When I  open a client, the main window redraws-oddly. It's sort of a dark look to it. I've had TimeNet crash or hang when this happens before.

Thx

I'm running TimeNet 3.9.13 on Leopard 10.5.1. The only freeze problem I've encountered is with the Quick Timer. I haven't installed your latest upgrade yet, but I got the impression that you were aware of the Quick Timer issue.

Hi Perry,

I can't get TimeNet to work at all.  It freezes during launch of the application and then bogs down my computer.  I can't even get in to update TimeNet.  Any thoughts or suggestions?

What version are you using, and what version of MacOS X?

I can't get into TimeNet to figure out which version I have.  It was the most recent version before the last update (I checked almost weekly) .  As For OS X I am running Leopard 10.5.2  So what do you think?

it could be data corruption. does the app run if you move the data folder out of your preferences and onto the desktop? if it does, try repairing disk permissions in disk utility. we can run a fix on your data if you send us your file. for more info on this and instructions on how to do so, read this thread topic:

I'm going to do both just to be safe.  When I put TimeNet on the Desktop (from preferences) it ran fine but none of my data was there.  So I'm running Disk Utility now and crossing my fingers.

Perry,
Out of curiosity I clicked on a reminder 9the only data I can see) to see what I could pull up and got this error message:
Exception of Class Out of Bound Exception was not handled application must shut down.
Maybe that can help?
Thanks

Hey there Perry,

I emailed you a while back about my TimeNet issues, but I'm not sure you're receiving the data.  I haven't heard back form you as to possible solutions etc.  I don't want to have to start over with another invoicing software, but my data is seriously piling up and I need to get working on this.  Thanks
