I've tried to remain calm, I sent an email stating the urgency of the matter but have had no reply. Please, please somebody help me. Perry...where are you?
Here's what happened:
I was working on TimeNet, actually...I hadn't really started yet, I was just looking at the list of overdue invoices and while I was looking at the screen, it all went "poof!" and was gone. A box popped up, giving me a random "tip" and something else about the start up assistant. It looked as if I had just opened TimeNet for the very first time. I have just lost 15 months of information, 75 clients, and hundreds and hundreds of invoices.
I quit TimeNet and opened it again, my overdue invoice list still popped up, but no other data. I tried again, I tried restarting the computer and tried again. Eventually my overdue invoice list disappeared too. I've located my back up folder and can see client info, etc. plus I have all the invoices saved as PDFs in my documents folder but how on earth do I restore all that information back into TimeNet? Please don't tell me to re-enter all the info manually because I'd rather bang my head on the desk and start fresh with new software that isn't going to do this to me.
HELP!
Christine

Christine, I've been looking through previous emails and can't seem to find yours. Please email me again at support@applesource.biz. You won't have to re-enter in your data, I can reinstate it pretty easily. Can you email me your data folder? Thanks.

I need to make a decision a.s.a.p. whether I try to keep going with TimeNet or start over with different software. Anxiously awaiting your reply.

Sent you the repaired data file about a week ago, hope that fixed it. Are you getting my emails?

I was getting them, but didn't hear back from you about the final step to restoring the data. Are you getting my emails? I just replied to one I got just now.

FYI, these issues have all been identified and resolved. It should never happen again.
