How do you get the trust account to auto pay the full amount of the invoice to include, hourly fees, costs, and applicable taxes ? currently, the autopay feature only pays hourly fees but not applicable taxes. This creates a problem for each invoice because the trust accounting will not allow payment of taxes. Has anyone else encountered this problem and have you found a workaround
