Hi, I'm having zero fun looking for a solution to solve my wife's invoicing woes. She's looking for a simple to use invoicing program that allows her to adjust individual invoices as she works through the month. She doesn't work to an hourly rate, she has certain rates for certain jobs (Voice over artist) So, for example, she may do several jobs for a specific client over a month. Her ideal invoice would have three columns (After her business header)

Column 1 Would contain the dates of the individual jobs.
Column 2. Would have brief descriptions of the individual jobs throughout the month
Column 3 Would contain the sum wototal costs per job and a total/final invoice amount beneath them.

One would think this was a simple plan but having spent a lot of time trawling the web, downloading an assortment of recommended programs, It is surprising how many don't have the flexibility to create an invoice of this type as they are commonly don't include work that cant be either quantified as an item/product.

If anyone here can confirm one way or another if this software is capable of achieving what is required, I would be very grateful (Hopefully relieved!)

Thanks in advance

M

If I understand correctly, it seems like TimeNet will handle this perfectly. She could list her jobs using the Quick Charge feature. From what I gather from your post she wouldn't need to keep track of quantity because it's not really an item per se, correct? As she creates projects for her clients, she can add quick charges with a custom title, notes, and custom amount. She can continue to add these to her projects as she performs work, and then she can create an invoice at the press of a button.

TimeNet's extremely flexible invoice templates will make it very easy to only show the three columns you wish on generated invoices. If you need any help customizing a template for that purpose, I would be happy to help you.

Have you tried the demo? Go ahead and download and see if it will work for her needs in this way. If you have any further questions, just let m know. Always happy to help. Thanks!
