Billing Flow per Timekeeper

I have several law offices as clients; we're looking to do something along these lines:

Is it possible to compile a list of your timekeepers day to day log?

i.e., Need to add a feature to review each time keepers work flow for the day, not just per client.

also,

Description of New Task needs to be cleared every time. We don’t want the task to save prior task entered.

Adding a Timekeeper centric billing flow would be extremely useful!
